Apa itu undername import?

cara Impor Undername yaitu mengimpor barang dari luar negeri dengan meminjam perusahaan lain yang memiliki izin dan terdaftar di pabean.
Agar proses impor berjalan dengan lancar dan tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan, sebaiknya dipilih perusahaan yang reputasinya baik dan terpercaya, dan perlu dibuat  Surat Perjanjian secara tertulis (Surat Indentor) dan jelaskan dalam perjanjian apakah ingin Q/Q atau langsung kepada  penerima Undername.

Kirim penjelasan  ke supplier dan nyatakan bahwa perusahaan itu hanya ditunjuk  sebagai pelaksanaan impor saja, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman.
Tanyakan ke shiper  perihal Proforma Dokument i, e: Packing List, Invoice, Bill of Lading/Air Way Bill, dan kemudian periksa serta konfirmasi dengan perusahaan undername dan jika perusahan undername menyatakan Tidak Masalah, maka barang siap dikirim dan pastikan  kepada perusahaan undername siapa pengangkut (freight forwarder) barang tersebut sampai ke pelabuhan di Indonesia.

1. Setelah barang sampai ke pelabuhan di Indonesia, maka shipper atau agen forwarder di Indonesia menyiapkan dokumen untuk mendapatkan PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) dengan sistim EDI/PPJK, lalu Barang perlu diperiksa fisiknya oleh Bea Cukai. Setelah mendapat respon EDI/PPJK, baru mendapat deklarasi impor (NOTUL) dari kantor pabean bahwa barang telah selesai diproses dan barang boleh keluar.

Jika barang impor mendapat NOTUL  (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai), bayar  dahulu pajak pertambahan nilai untuk mendapat  SPPB (Surat Perintah Pengeluaran Barang) atau deklarasi impor dari Imigrasi.
Seluruh dokumen impor seperti  PIB, Pembayaran Bea Masuk, kopi Air Way Bill, kopi Bill of Lading dan lain-lain diberikan kepada perusahaan undername, sedangkan kopiannya untuk pemilik barang.
